Shipping & returns
Your items ship directly from the artisans and fashion labels we collaborate with overseas. We offer standard delivery (typically 5-7 days) for any order, at a cost of $30.
We have made a lot of effort to make sure your international shopping experience is as smooth, fast, and affordable as possible. With your support, we will keep optimizing our services.
Order Processing: We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. The amount of time the artisan & AILATI’s warehouse need to prepare your order for shipping is typically 4 weeks (please note that all our artisans adopt the "make-to-order" practice to minimize environmental waste, they'll only start to hand make the products after your order is received), and please note this does not include holidays and weekends.
Tracking: The specific tracking information of your package(s) will be included in the shipping confirmation email we send to you.
Delivery: delivery period (excludes the production time) can vary depending on your location and shipping methods, but we work hard to make it in the 5-7 days range.
Custom and taxes: custom and taxes are already included in final price, so you will not be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charge on a package is pre-paid by AILATI.
Note: Delivery time is estimated and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.
We provide you with address for easy return and allow returns made within 14 days after the product delivery date. However, your returned items must meet the following criteria:
Items must be in original condition: unwashed and unworn. For hygienic purposes, earrings and socks are non-returnable. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygienic strip. You may not return swimwear products if the hygienic strip has been removed or tampered with.
Items must have all tags attached and must be returned with the original box included.
For standard returns, you'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning. Please contact us if you received wrong or defective items.
Step 1: Send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, reason, pictures, and the name(s) of the item(s) you want to return.
Step 2: Our customer service will reply to you with a return authorization number and the return address within 24 hours.
Step 3: Pack up the item(s) you want to return and send it or them back to our warehouse address.
Step 4: Once we receive the package, we will process your refund.
Please note that any returned items must be in resalable condition. Item(s) that arrived damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
After we have received your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to begin the original payment refund process. For Credit Card Refund, it may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
Note: At the moment, due to the complex and costly nature of international transactions, we do not provide any exchange. If you want to exchange any items, you must create a new purchase and return your old one.
